Definitions

 

  1. The “Coaches” are individuals who run the sessions on behalf of All Star Sports.
  2. “Little Star” refers to the child(ren) attending the sessions.
  3. “Parent/Carer” refers to the legal guardian who is responsible for registering the Little Star(s), payment of fees and attending the sessions with the Little Star(s).
  4. “Location” refers to the premises where the sessions take place.

 

Parents Responsibilities

 

  1. The parent/ carer must complete the registration accurately and must nupdate their ClassForKids account of any changes to the registration form information immediately. This includes confirming all known medical conditions which the Little Star has.
  2. Whilst attending the sessions, neither the Little Star nor the parent/ carer should be suffering from any illnesses/ virus or infectious diseases.
  3. The parent/ carer is responsible for the welfare and conduct of the Little Star whilst on the premises and for the duration of the session.
  4. The parent/ carer must remain at the premises for the duration of the sessions. Should the parent/ carer need to leave the premises, they must notify and agree with the lead coach prior to doing so. If the parent/ carer fails to notify the lead coach, the Little Star may not be able to partake in the session until the parent/ carer returns.
  5. The parent/ carer must not smoke whilst on the premises. This includes all electronic cigarettes. If a parent/ carer is seen to be smoking on the premises, the coaches have a right to ask the parent/ carer and their Little Star to leave immediately.
  6. The parent/ carer must ensure they leave the surrounding area clean and free of any of their litter. Bins and recycle bins are provided throughout the premises and should be used. 
  7. The parent/ carer must ensure All Star Sports are informed of any absences from the sessions. Failure to do so will result in the Little Star losing their place in the class.


Behaviour and Exclusion

  1. If All Star Sports determines that the behaviour of the Little Star and/or the parent/ carer is unacceptable, All Star Sports has the right to exclude the Little Star and the parent/ carer from the session and any future sessions permanently. Fees held by All Star Sports will not be refunded.
  2. The standards of the behaviour regarded as unacceptable shall be determined by All Star Sports.

 

Exclusion of Liability

  1. All Star Sports accept no responsibility for the personal belongings of the Little Stars and/ or the carer whilst on the premises.
  2. The parent/ carer agrees that any claim made against All Star Sports or any Coach of All Star Sports must be bought between 30 days of the event taking place.

 

Kit

  1. All Star Sports kits are classed as session uniforms and must be worn by the Little Star for each session.
  2. Each All Star Sports kit consists of a t-shirt and shorts in the same size and cannot be swapped. E.g. an age 4 t-shirt cannot be provided with an age 3 pair of shorts.
  3. Kits must be purchased on registration.
  4. It is the parent/ carer’s responsibility to check the kit meets the requirements for the Little Star before purchasing the kit as no refunds will be offered.
  5. Exchanges may be offered if All Star Sports are satisfied that the kit has not been worn/ damaged and in its original packaging.
  6. Kits are checked by All Star Sports prior to sale to ensure the quality is acceptable.
  7. Parent/ carers are responsible for ensuring the kit remains in a good wearable condition.
  8. Parent/ carers must wear flat trainers. Metal or rubber studded boots are not appropriate footwear for All Star Sports sessions and any Little Star not wearing the appropriate footwear will not be able to partake in the session.
  9. All Star Sports advise that the Little Star should wear shin pads.


Payment, Attendance and Cancellation

  1. All Star Sports fees are due on the 1st of every month.
  2. The parent/ carer must pay the arranged fees in full, in advance to reserve the right to have their space in the sessions.
  3. Failure to pay will mean the Little Star will not be able to take part in the session.
  4. A payment is required regardless of the number of times a Little Star is intending to attend.
  5. Fees are required to be paid regardless of the child's attendance.
  6. No payments will be placed on hold.
  7. Parent/ carer must provide a minimum of 2 weeks' notice prior to leaving All Star Sports.
  8. No fees will be returned if notice is provided mid-block


Location

  1. All Star Sports may change the Location and the surroundings of the sessions at any notice.

 

Risk Assessment

  1. Full Risk Assessments will be conducted at all premises to ensure Little Star are safe as possible. Parents/carers are asked to respect “bumps and falls” that are inevitable in young children’s sports.

 

Photography/Videography & Social Media

  1. All Star Sports will use content of Little Star’s images on All Star Sports Social Media/Marketing and Website for promotion and case study purposes.
  2. Other parent/carer might share/re-post on their personal profile any content All Star Sports have posted.
  3. Any content a parent/carer captures which includes any other Little Stars they’re not a Parent/Guardian of, can’t be shared on any platform or with any other persons. Unless you have consented All Star Sports.

 

Data Protection

 

  1. The Parent/Carer consents to the data being kept on a password protected system by All Star Sports with the accordance of DATA Protection Act 2018.
